Raw Deal brings to you one of our organizer Toshis favorite bands, Italian straight up punk rockers, The Oops.
Their debut LP "Taste of Zimbabwe" on Slovenly Records blasts out violent '81 style hardcore with massive power and energy.
You might recognize some of the fury here coming from freakbeat-gods The Rippers, who loaned out Claudio (guitar) and Andrea (screams) to bring this putrid platter to next-level nastiness.
Their sound can remind you of early West Coast punk and hardcore, but also have the raw energy of earlier garage rock acts like the Rip-Offs.
Their songs are around a -minute long but are well packed with meaningful lyrics and crazy riffs.
They kick-off their Asia tour in Shanghai, and if you love punk-rock with a little taste of the past, come join us for a night to remember!
