Project Manager position, from same company as the previous comment.

Responsibilities:
-Based on ideas collated via EXCO, Global and Regional Offices, local Triple iii platform;
-Identify cross-functional departmental team members;
-Determine clear accountabilities for each project team and individual project team members;
-Develop benefit: cost analysis, OPEX/CAPEX phasing and NPV for each project;
-Ensure project resource allocation via budget planning process;
-Set and manage agreed timelines and milestones;
-Plan, lead and follow-up project team meetings and associated minutes.
-Communicate project status with the EXCO;
-Liaises with APAC and global project management and represents the main interface for project management in China;
-Mediates issues with global and regional development project stakeholders and coordinates to resolve issues;
-Creates strong ties with other regional Project Managers to foster sharing of best practices, particularly in the APAC region;

Qualifications:

-Bachelor or Master degree in one of the basic sciences or a business discipline;
-Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, of which
-2 years should be relevant to agribusiness;
-2 years should in the Chinese market;

-Demonstrated line management experience in some of the key project management related functions (Marketing, Sales, Product Supply, Development, Regulatory Affairs);
-Strong verbal bi-lingual (Mandarin and English) communication;
-Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex technical and market information as well as demonstrated ability to create, track and manage detailed project plans;
-Understanding of financial, budgeting and economic evaluation (NPV);
-Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and creativity to manage problems (complex in nature/ no defined problem solving path);
-Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate both scientific and business information;
-Strong leadership skills to manage and guide cross-functional project teams without a defined line-management responsibility to project team members;
-Organizational, time management and coordination skills;

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
-Individuals with 7-15 years job experience in a market research firm, a strategy division of a large regional IT vendor, or a regional survey organization
-Comfort with market metrics and an understanding of economic measures and concepts
-Numerically oriented with solid writing skills and project management
-Working knowledge of Microsoft office tools and Internet tools
-MS Offices experience required, familiarity with SPSS advantageous
