What is Jin Ji Du Li
The essence of the exercise is that your "Eyes Must be Closed" when you are doing this exercise. You must practise the "Jin Ji Du Li" exercise with the eyes closed. This exercise was so simple and amazing that I thought I had to share it here.
Here is the exercise:
Stand on one leg while your eyes are closed. That is all. Just try it right now, stop reading and stand up, close your eyes and try standing on one foot.
If you are not able to stand for less than 10 seconds, it means that your body has degenerated to 60 to 70 years old level in other words, you may be only 40 years old, but your body has aged a lot faster.
Many would say, “oh, big deal, I’m sure I can do this easily” but don't fool yourself, you'll be glad you tried it because you'll discover much to your surprise that while you could stand easily on one foot with your eyes open, trying the same thing with your eyes closed is another story! and try to write down below how many seconds you were able to stand...... by keeping your balance without wobbling and hopping around.
You do not need to lift your leg high, if your internal organs are out of synch, even lifting your leg this bit will make you wobble.
Frequent and regular practice can help you recover your sense of balance. In fact Chinese specialists suggest daily practice of Jin Ji Du Li for 1 minute, this helps prevent dementia.
You can try slightly closing both eyes while practicing Jin Ji Du Li, instead of completely closing them; in fact this is what the health specialist Zhong Li Ba Ren recommends.

what about walking backwards lol
Yeah, I did this exercise a lot to recover strength to my ankle, it is a good one
Backwards, I can walk......... no problem........ but this one I tried it this morning and I lost my balance after less then 5 seconds, I thought I could do it because when I was young I was able to stand more than 2 minutes every time.......
It's probably my blood pressure, I should start this exercise soon............
That's not the exercise my friend,
to strengthen your eyelid,
you take a big "white" board,
you draw a small "black" point right at the center of it
you hang the board on the wall,
you back up approx 5 meters form it
you close your right eye and you focus on the black point for about 5 minutes,
then you close your left eye and you focus on the black point for another 5 minutes,
Then with your both eyes open you focus on the black point for 10 minutes........
Then you close both eyes and try to focus on the black point..................... LOLO.........
