if that's the only money i've got, i would probably time-deposit it and earn some interest.
otherwise - a good computer, a good printer, and a creative mind are all it takes to start a printing business...cards, invitations, and stuff...

if i had 30,000 rmb, i would take all my friends to some place have fun, go to beach, in mountains, get a 4by 4 suv and get on rough terrain, go into jungles hunt something, and then sky diving by a plane into the sea not land...i just want to go wild with adventure....
