Whether if you want to get back in shape or keep fit, experience a new kind of training. We will mix up running, strength work and circuits for the Ultimate Body Workout.
Price: 30rmb
Time: Saturday the 10th of December from 8:00am to 9:30am

4th of December: Adoptaman Volleyball Sunday
This Sunday Adoptaman gives you the opportunity to spend an exciting afternoon playing volleyball. If you wonder what to do on Sunday the 4th of December, you have the possibility to join us for an exclusive moment, in a multicultural environment, making friends. You can bring your buddies, everybody is welcome. Refreshments will be provided and sexy outfits are recommended.
Places are limited to 18 people, hurry up!
Price: 40RMB per person for one session (or 300RMB for a ten sessions card).
Including refreshments and an exciting afternoon playing volleyball together.Time: Sunday the 4th of December from 2pm to 4pm.

23rd of November: Badminton Wednesday @ ChaoYang Sports Center
As we all know, Adoptaman always come-up with fresh ideas. Since we all need to do some exercices on weekdays the team decided to make badminton sessions happen every two weeks.
Join us on Wednesdays, spend good time with us and release yourself from tiring days at work. Don't waste your time trying to find something else to do, this is it, you just found the activity you were looking for!
Don't hesitate to bring your buddies, everyone is welcome!

13th of November: Brunch @ Schindler's Anlegestelle
The day has finally arrived where we will enjoy some great German Cuisine in Beijing! For all the Foreigners here who are missing and craving Western Food, this is the best German Restaurant in Beijing! For the people who did not try it yet, now is the time and finally enjoy some real great food from far abroad!
We will have a great Buffet with choices of different German food, free flow of selected drinks included. On top of all that this is a nice chance to meet great people. BBQ at G&D Ranch
This Saturday is the right time for a Great BBQ out of the City.
Join us for a great day at the G&D Ranch in Huairou, we will enjoy a nice BBQ and spend a nice day getting to know each other.
We will live the city at 9am, arrive at the Ranch after an hour. We will start to get together, playing games, enjoying the BBQ having some fun.
