Halloween Language Exchange Party: Mafia Games Night at the foot of Jin Shan Ling Great Wall

Time: 24th – 25th , October,2009

Location: Farmhouse at the foot of Jin Shan Ling Great Wall, Miyun County

Description：

Do you have experience playing the “Mafia game”(杀人游戏)？It’s a popular card game that is easy to play. Very interesting、challenging and ideal for foreign friends and local Beijingers to do language exchange. Would you like to try it? Then come to Mepals’ Halloween Language Exchange Party on the 24th - 25th of October. It will take place at the foot of Jin Shan Ling Great Wall. An exciting night is waiting for us. Remember to dress yourself up as a killer (such as the masks of the Devil, horrific stuff) !

The maximum number of people: 30

Price:

RMB295 per person

RMB540 for two persons (Cost savings total RMB50)

The party offers:

Roundtrip transfer from downtown to the Farmhouse of Jianshanling Great Wall

One night’s accommondation at a comfortable Farmhouse

3 meals (2 meals, and 1 breakfast )

2 bottles of Mineral Water per person

Make-up service (black nail polish, temporary tatoo).

08:00 This time is free for you. You could go to visit the Jingshanling Great Wall with your new friends.

12:00 Have lunch in the Farmhouse

13:00 Check out, take the bus back to Dongzhimen.

你一定玩过有趣而又刺激的纸牌杀人游戏吧？不过这次是和老外一起玩哦，来参加米派的金山岭长城脚下的“杀人游戏之夜”派对吧。把自己打扮成诡异的摸样（如：魔鬼面具，恐怖衣着等）和老外一起玩杀人，体验中英文混搭，无国界沟通的乐趣。

活动人数：30人

活动费用：RMB295/每人

It tells the joys and sorrows of a Chinese journalist, Zhang Yan, now 91, and his legendary story for more than half a century;

It is also the moving stories of the friendship between this Chinese reporter and his American friends in the last 60 years, especially those from the Flying Tigers.

To make this documentary, we have been tracing and following the experience and stories of this journalist, his family and American friends in China and the US as long as 10 years and more. And for making this documentary we have been flying between New York and Beijing for more than 30 times!
