I have some training videos I can lend you, they are very well made and show all the basic techniques covering 14 areas, such as footwork, speed, counterpunchin etc

im looking forward to be introduced to boxing,need a bit coach in moves and all.so that i could practice myself in the right way.thai boxing is cool,but a little bit too much for gals i think,and i definitly dont wanna hit by someone's foot.... ;)

I was in the process of trying to find a boxing gym, will let you know how I get on. I hear good things about Kaewsamrit gym, but its a Thai Boxing club, they allow boxers. Just don't get punched in your face hahahaha

Hello and welcome to the Boximng Club, I am new to Beijing, but as I discover the city I will add venues here showing live boxing. As the club membership grows I will oraganise a night we can get together and somewhere we can watch classic fights.
