Hi;

We looking to rent a Basement OR an Isolated space above ground that is about 85-90m² in size.

We’d like:

• The ceiling to be at least 3m high.
• Thick walls (if possible)
• No neighbouring structures/ residents (as we intend to practice playing musical instruments and loud music there.)
• Somewhere INSIDE the 3rd ring road.
• A Dry place. Not damp/wet.

The space can have rooms or just be one room. It doesn’t matter.

We will just need:

OUR OWN Toilet, Sink, Air Conditioning and an Internet connection.

If the conditions are good we will rent it for a long time.

ALL OFFERS WELCOME!

@ Jose Luis:

you're right, Beijing is an interesting scene for modern theater... there's a great tradition of Jingju, and other theatrical arts, but there is a gap between the 80's-90's (ie: contemporary shows) and these traditional arts...
