Yes Adi, the group is expanding, but we have a certain number of active members, many don't participate to the events......

@Zhao, bjstuff doesn't have the reminder feature, but you can export an event to your outlook if you're using one and set up the reminder there........ :-)
Besides normally I send a memo to the whole group as well as to people who responded to my events.......
So it's very easy to find excuses and blame someone else......... I used to do that when I was your age.......... hehehe
