How to cook steak well

I like to buy raw or frozen steak and cook it by myself. But still I can't figure out how to make it delicious. Either it's too oily or overdone...Could you please help me?

千万不要认为鸡蛋炒米饭是容易。大部分中国同胞们只要稍有一点烹饪经验的、几乎都能做炒饭,但是能达到标准的人太少了:米粒要分开,不能粘黏;油要少不可以腻口;蛋花的颜色要亮。这是主要的三个标准。首先在做鸡蛋炒米饭之前,熟米饭必须经过冷却,这样在炒的过程中米粒最容易分开;在打蛋的时候要稍加一点水,这样鸡蛋煎出来的颜色才是明黄色的,口感更嫩;然后放入凉米饭,不停的翻炒....请大家实验。
Do not think that egg stir fried rice is easy to. Most of Chinese has little cooking experience as long as, almost able to do fried rice, However, who can meet the standard? Too few. Through cooking after the rice must to be separate, not feel the greasy, the egg color should be bright yellow after stir fried. That is the main criteria.
