3rd recommendation--OOHILOVE, a very strange name, but a fabulous website if you believe you're lucky enough to bid an LV or Gucci bag at only $50! Recently they increase the product variety and you may also find Tiffany necklace & Chanel on it.

Mine recommendation--Maybe many people already know this website, but I still want to recommend it--Gilt Group. It's famous for exclusive top brand sales, and will update its members on a daily basis. Not sure if they have global shipping though.
