Hi to ALL,
We are now planning to do regular Healthy & Sporting activities on Weekends. They are:
A. SATURDAY Morning Bike Ride
We shall do an early Saturday morning ride with the following schedule:
7.00am - meet at Nongzhanguan Nanlu Mcdonald for breakfast if you need it. (see map)
7.30am - Set off. (routes will varies from canals & rivers or summer palace or north 6th ring)
11.00am - end of ride at cafe or lunch place. (to decide or suggest by the group)
Distance: 40 to 60 km
Gradient: 1% to 3 %
Weather shall decide if the ride will be cancelled. SMS will be send out before 6.30am of the same day.
B. SUNDAY Bike & Run
We shall do Sunday evening Bike & Run with the following schedule:
5.00pm - Ride from where you are to HongLingJing Park. There is a bike park where you can lock the bike. (see map)
6.00pm - Start the run around the lake. Recommended 2 rounds (2km per round)
7.00pm - end of run. For those who like to have dinner together, we shall ride to dinner place.
Biking: 15km to 20km (both ways)
Running: 4km to 6km
Weather will decide if the Bike & Run will be cancelled. SMS will be send out before 6.30am of the same day.
C. Weekends Leisure Ride
Pending on weather and other activities, weekends leisure ride will be on adhoc basis. It could be:
Saturday OR Sunday Afternoon Tea & Ride
3.00pm - meet somewhere for afternnon tea. (eg. see map)
4.00pm - Hutong or around the city.
6.00pm - end of ride
