This Saturday 23 July a Countryside Walk from Fragrant Village 香屯村（Xiang Tun Cun) to Little West Lake 小西湖（Xiao Xi Hu).

This FC Club popular fun walk is off the tourist map and (like all FC Club events) is suitable for both foreigners and even the most local of local Chinese, We last did this trip in July 2009 and it was enjoyed by all the participants. It combines a mixture of clambering over rocks, splashing through pools and stopping for rests in the shade of some beautiful trees and a DIY brunch picnic. You will get your feet wet! This trip is not suitable for pregnant ladies but if my "sit in front of a computer all day" physical shape is okay for this trip then so is yours.

On Saturday 18 June - A fun packed day out from the city including a visit to the historic postal town (iMingYi) a scrumptious lunch and a tour (with tastings of course) of a local winery.
