Tasted at Billy Zhan, a high-quality chinese restaurant located where I live at Pingod Community, south of Beijing CBD.
We matched this great syrah from Tierra de Castilla with my fauvorite dishes: Toufu with black fungus and spicy green beans pot with caramelized onion, sorry Mark forgot the name of the dishes.
