It seems we have at least one thing in common: A passion for wonderful food!
I know we have butted heads once or twice so I'm here with a peace offering on your birthday. I'm just wondering if you could use any fresh herbs like spear mint or basil because I grow my own and have too much. Once you've tried my stuff, you'll wonder how you ever got along without it/ me. :D
However, you might have to adjust your cooking because these are special plants from all over the world, each with it's own characteristics. Last year I grew twenty-five different types of tomato....TWENTY-FIVE! Can you imagine that? Can you imagine the different taste and feel you can get out of one simple dish like tomato and eggs?
Anyway, I hope you have a wonderful year!
