I think philosophy is about to general some simple conclusions from the outside world,and it's core is sth that might beyond our eyes but it might be  the origin of the universal development.

While it's true to use certain "language" to describe philosophical world is a wrong thing itself,so most of the time we have to use some metaphors to imply what we really want express. It feels more like a painting without telling u what exactly in the pic but you can actrually "sense" some strong languagle behind and touched.

So to answer ur question is:Every world might has it's own specail"problem and sulution"systerm already that been discovered by us for thoutsands of years.But maybe they are just the "foot,nose ,or tail "of a huge invisable elephant when we exploring with our blind eyes......
