Of course I know!! but I only been the one in Shenzhen where I live. :)  I like the Italian food there. swimming pool too. :) Great that I can know a F&B Director from here! I may visit your hotel..

don't be surprise and I can only speak few, read some then...
mostly my customers they are french, so thru by mail or meeting, I just learn some from them, as french really one of the beautiful language in this world :))
